Philosophy Education Statement

A philosophy education statement is a document which brings out the inner character of a philosophical statement. It is very important for children to learn the subject as philosophy can explain every aspect of our lives. Hence it must be written perceptively by emphasizing on the need and use of learning the subject.

Objective of the statement: The statement is given to all parents and guardians to make them completely aware of the roles and values of philosophy education in the all-round development of children.

Statements given:

Statement 1: I firmly believe that each child should be given the opportunity to realize their potentials and work towards their ambitions so that they can be morally, ethically and socially adaptive to the surrounding forces and that is possible to achieve only through philosophy education.

Statement 2: The teachers are only medium of information because students gather, learn and process information on the basis of their own capacity. Teachers only help and reinforce them to do so. Philosophy education stimulates them intellectually to store and retrieve information more effectively.

Statement 3: Education makes them respectful and disciplined by inculcating patience, self-esteem and sense of competence. They develop adequacy, strength, power, confidence and freedom as a result that form the base of individuality in children.
