This is to inform all concerned that I, Roger Marsh, of 45 Belvedere Lane, Newington, New York, am a witness of Case Number 3274765, which will be taken up by the Criminal Court of New York from the 3rd of June 2011. I was present at the site of the car accident which took place on the 2nd of May 2011, at the intersection of 56th and 45th National Highways, Nashville. The car belonging to the defendant [license plate: 3477GAJJ] which was a FORD 290, rammed into the car of the plaintiff [license plate 346645] [model: Sedan 45] at 9 pm. The former was speeding and as a result, the driver lost control of the car near the divider which marks the Nashville Intersection. There was no casualty in the incident. The plaintiff was alone in the car and he suffered minor injuries though his car suffered considerable damage.
